We ship within the United Arab Emirates to all seven emirates. International shipping is available to selected countries on request — please contact us before ordering for a shipping quote and delivery estimate.
The final shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your destination and order value. The amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay — no hidden fees.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order ships, we will send tracking details to your email. You can also request tracking updates any time via WhatsApp at +971 56 985 2213.
We ship via Aramex, DHL, and Emirates Post.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and must be paid by the recipient directly to the courier or local authorities.
If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
